Joining FlexFam is easy! You can sign up online through our website or visit us in person at 675 Hennessy Way, Bowling Green, KY. Conveniently located in the north area of Bowling Green, KY – Exit 28 off I-65. We offer flexible membership options to suit your lifestyle and fitness goals.

We’re proudly a family-friendly, community-driven gym, designed with intention and heart. From 24/7 access with thoughtfully chosen, state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment. Our community fitness facility is a welcoming space for parents, children, and first-time gym-goers, every detail of FlexFam was built to remove barriers and invite people in.
Do you offer a KidZone?
Yes, we are family here and will have a KidZone available for 90 minutes while you focus on your health and wellness! For liability purposes, we are unable to change diapers or provide snacks. Only water is allowed.
